As we'll tell on friday; Banthanor, Amplisa and I managed to offend an influential chap in Stormwind who's decided to set the city guard on us. Being avid Pratchett readers, they've decided to invoke Hot Pursuit and are going to come bumbling around Darkshore and Ashenvale on tuesday to try and catch us.
While Caliyen (being infamous for her near-humanity) and Amplisa (who decided to wear a tabard while breaking the law) are the only ones in real danger of being recognised, you're all welcome to come along on tuesday at about 20.30 and we'll make an event out of avoiding and confounding them until they give up and go home.
I'm not expecting there to be a huge confrontation or anything, just a good opportunity to indulge in the classic kaldorei sports of being obstructive and mystical to humans and stalking them through the forest. Hope to see some of you there!

Oh. This sounds interesting. Instead of Celegil, I might actually pull out Ilaana for this and send them in the wrong direction.

Good job of confounding, terrifying and shooting up the guards. I would have preferred more arrows aimed at their treacherous kaldorei guides and fewer at the poor-humans-just-doing-their-jobs, but it all worked out fairly well.
Cali's in jail now after my abrupt disappearance toward the end of the event, for which I apologise. I beg you guys not to come to Stormwind and attempt a rescue or something though, since it's generally considered by guards to be a Bad Thing. Hopefully she'll be out in time for me to attend the event on saturday anyway, if the guards aren't too sore about whatever you guys did to Steelpick.
Would someone mind writing a brief description of what happened for the Windings of the Way thread? I'm not clear on how things ended after I had to vanish.

I'm somewhat mystified as to how this turned into an actual confrontation - I thought Cali was going to give herself up, and fighting was off the agenda? Looking forward to clarification on that; Aldrannath may end up writing to Steelpick to apologise for the Sentinels' overzealousness. Definitely no rescue missions, I don't want us to be dragged into a conflict (i.e. open-ended RP interaction en masse) with them or any other guild.
Have fun in prison, Cali! Ald is all set to give her a pat on the back when she comes back, for striking a blow against the perfidious highborn human scum.
