(We assume that our characters' "enchantments" involve Druidic magic, or perhaps the blessings of Elune.)

Jewelcrafting: Tenderleaf (420+)
Alchemy: Caliyen (450), Salabadon (?)
Mining: Celegil (450), Tenderleaf (450), Amplisa (450)
Skinning: Amplisa (450), Vennivecci (450)
Herbalism: Caliyen (450), Celegil (450)

If you have any of these professions, please post them below and I'll add you to the list. I've left out first aid, as it's not that much use for other people, and I've left out cooking because nearly everybody has it.
As a matter of guild policy, members who ding 80 get the best set of gear we can craft, between us, complete with blue gems and decent enchants, so they can get straight into the endgame. Epic gems and the most expensive enchants are best reserved for really good gear.
Lower-level characters are welcome to ask for whatever crafted gear takes their fancy, bearing in mind that you won't be using it for long unless it's for RP.
We have plans to make plots about crafting and otherwise getting better gear, so if you want to start using impressive epic gear for RP, talk to Aldrannath and we'll see about turning it into a story.
