Hello there! As some of you might have already heard, there is a big stir up in internetland. A hacking group known as 'Lulzsec' has been hacking government agencies, banks and as of late online gaming services. A number of the victims include: Sony, Codemasters, Bethesda, CGP (EVE Online) and several others. Though there is little we can do about the security of the websites in question, there is something you can do about your account security and some general anti-virus tips: 1) Use a seperate password for each service. 2) Use a long password with random code, numbers and signs. 3) Don't visit dodgy websites (eg, porn, goldselling). 4) Install NoScript for Firefox, a small add-on which disables automated scripting in the browser. Automated scripting is often used to install keyloggers. 5) Keep your Windows/Mac OS/Linux up to date and do the same for your anti-virus. Again, there is little we can do about the actual websites but the above should probably keep you away from harm. In the meantime, lets hope Battle.Net is programmed secure enough. You can just bet that its one of the next targets sadly .

An authenticator for WoW helps too. Free on quite a few smartphones if you're lucky enough to have one.
