Hi folks, i will be online hopefully for the next two weeks but i am just about lvl 81 and halfway through Hyjall am wondering what people woukld sugest is the best zones to lvl in next. I intend to lvl Vanathisorr next and after doing Hyjal on him i would like to do different zones from Venni if possible so as not to go over the same ground twice. Any suggestions would be greatfully recieved

You have the choice of running hyjal or vashjir to begin with.
Then it is deepholm (82) Uldum (83) Twilight highlands (84)
Choose appropriate zone. No you don't really have a choice.
Hyjal is suggested as the regrowth would be an excellent RP area. And, you can get guardian of hyjal to revered by doing the quests.

Yeah, sadly apart from the Hyjal/Vashj'ir choice, there's really only one levelling path. I skipped Hyjal but did the others in full, and only dinged 85 when I was most of the way through Twilight Highlands. So essentially, you get to choose one zone to skip, but you have to do all the others.

Archaeology is the best zone to lvl in.

I thought there was maybe a choice of zones, bit disappointed if it's that linear a process. Lvling multiple toons is really gonna be a drag if that's the case. Maybe blizz will add some low lvl dailys with high xp to help with that ta for the help folks.

The quests are fun enough that the first few times through probably won't be much of a drag. You could also run a few dungeons to get the exp to let you skip past areas you find particularly boring.

Also you do get a lot of experience from winning a battleground.

Seriously though, If you plan to max out archaeology you should just do Mnt Hyjal and then farm archaeology to lvl 85, and both of the boring grinds will be taken care of simulteanously.

I leveled on my main through Vash'jir till 82, then went to Deepholme till 83. After this I went to Uldum, fell in love, and didn't leave till I had finished the zone completely. I was half way to 85 at that point. Then it was a trip through a few quests in Twilight Highlands and bam - 85. I seriously recommend Uldum to anyone. It was lots of fun and gave lots of rep for Ramkahen, which means a camel when exalted. A Camel! Plus - three dungeons in that zone. If you are questing there it's easier to find them. And the clincher - Harrison Jones. The Temple of Uldum questline has been some of the most fun I have had questing, ever.
Oh... and you get to batter pygmys with a hammer. And roll over goblins in a huge flamey ball. And explode a turkey in a failed experiment. And have Harrison Jones call you a pretty little thing. *giggle*
Also, you need to find the dungeons to sign up. I would go and get them as soon as you can and start queueing. DPS queues are murder.
Throne of Tides is in Vash'jir, in the Abbysal Depths. Blackrock Caverns is in Blackrock Mountain, in the Spire. Stonecore is in Deepholme, up the side of the Temple. Vortex Pinnacle, Lost City of Tol'vir and Halls of Origination are all in Uldum. Grim Batol is in the Twilight Highlands.
Have fun!

Just finished every quest in Hyjal, the quest chain ended with some big names was excellent. Wasn't expecting to be rubbing shoulders with them at all in combat. Do the other zones all end with cinematics and such? Because I am nearly 83 and am considering skipping deepholm and going to Uldum at the soonest point or is it really worth doing deepholm? Ideas?

If you intend to do serious endgame PvP/PvE. You'll need therazane (or inscription) for the shoulder enchant.
If you don't. Go uldum. You get more xp there.
What is most fun. I don't know.

Well sounds like uldum it is , not botheredabout endgame at all as my current life wouldn't allow me to raid at all and I haven't done a single bit of pvp on any toon since tbc, it just doesn't float my boat at all tbh. I really fancy doing the Harrison jones quests as suggested and will just take Vanathisorr through vashjir and deepholm route and maybe just do archeology on my rogue. If it works like that and can lvl a few different ways that will be great. If you have to repeat zones I will be disappointed as even though the quests are great the path in hyjal was very linear. Repeating them could be very disconcerting to say the least.

I for one thought the end of Hyjal was just plain daft. But it all kept me entertained, first time through at least.
The zones felt quite different to me. Uldum, for example, has a lot more cut-scenes than any other zone, and is easily the silliest and funniest. Vashj'ir was very dark and dramatic, especially towards the end. Hyjal has the fun undercover sequence, but a very silly ending. Deepholm has drakes and awesome deep voices in the soundtrack. Twilight Highlands has perhaps the least silly plot, and was probably my favourite.

Have been questing in uldum and it's a cool zone but what's cooler is the ramakhan race. If there was a new playable race I would love to play as one of these , it seems like they allready have there own culture and capital city they would even be good to start a third faction round in a future expansion. Maybe them and ogres for the horde and maybe take Tauren out the horde as they have always seemed a bit of a peaceful nomadic people to be hordies. Perhaps the dranei would goto to balance it out a bit , I think a new faction is a possibility to change the game up a bit. Anyone else have a race they would chose?

PvP. There won't be a third faction as long as WoW is an MMO. Just look at how few quests are horde / alliance specific. Whole Hyjal...
Uldum felt too much out of WoW to me. Iz zere a reazon ze grobliz zpeakz ztrangz.
