This is a small test of Celegil to see if the forum posting works.

It works! It works!
Thanks Celegil. I LOVE the section titles, kudos on that. I'll get to work on the Old Scrolls soon. I'll also create a separate thread in that section for feedback and discussion on the content I put there.
Minor request: could we possibly have the image on the right of the banner, and the texty bit on the left? The image you chose is perfect, but could you take another look at the text? I'd prefer either a Hebrew-ish font, or crumbly capitals, rather than the lyrical script it has now. And a black outline around the white letters would make it a little clearer.
Major request: I've no idea how many different options we have on colour, but if possible let's please make the greens MUCH darker and more subdued. Right now the look is a bit too TBC-Druid/Clown-vomit for my taste. If we're limited in colour options I'd suggest making the page background the same green as we currently have for the text background, and making the titles bars black or dark grey. The current yellowish-green background, and the bright-green title bars, don't feel foresty at all. For the text, I'd prefer white text with yellow highlighting for links.
THANK YOU for putting this up!

Much better! Menu bar at the top: perfect. Text: perfect. Background greens: perfect, although even darker would be even better. Or simply make the post background the same forest-green as the current page background. Can you make all the title bars look the same as the menu bar? I don't like the brown/khaki colour we have right now. When you get round to having another bash at the text in the graphic, could you try giving it the graphic itself (not the text) a sepia tint? Or if that doesn't look so nice, how about a slight bluish tint? Thanks again.

I gave it another whirl. Too bad there isn't a gradient of green between the textfield green and the background green. Have to work with hexo-deximalic colour values.

If you make me admin I can have a bash myself. I should be able to find the right hex value with a bit of messing around. That might also solve the problem that I can't edit my own posts in the threads you've stickied.

Woot! I got the pow-ah! And yes, I can now modify my posts in stickies. I changed the background colours a bit. Do you like it like this?

Glad you like it! It feels awfully masculine, though; you can almost smell the cigars. A hint of colour in the picture at the top would help. If Celegil doesn't get to it before the weekend, I might have a bash myself.

What do you mean with the hint of colour in the picture? Do you want a completely different picture or, something else?

What I'd really like is to have the dark background and Malorne in a blue-black tone, and Elune with a hint of peachy-pink, like you sometimes see IRL. I'm sure that's doable with photoshop. Feel free to have a bash; if you don't get to it first, I will.

Hmm..I have nearly no experience with Photoshop. You go and give it a bash ^^

I finally gimped up the image I wanted, and voila! I like the squareness of it, but now it bugs me that the images forces the rest of the page so far down. If it was my own website I'd move the menu (and ideally also the banner ad) to the right of the image, to use that empty space there more efficiently. But as far as I can see that's not possible on this forum...?
What do you think? Should I cave in and crop the image (boohoo!) so it takes up less space?

I updated the forum with custom ranks. Make sure to yell if you have a wrong rank or can't do anything any more.
And..I think you could cut a bit from the bottom, the Blizzard logo and so on.
